Fermín Enrique Otero Gruer has held the position of Associate Professor of the university at the Department of Nautical Science and Engineering of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC), culminating therein in the corresponding academic promotion process.

The nomenament will be approved by a UPC resolution of June 22, 2026 and published in the Official Statute Bulletin (BOE) on July 8, 2026.
